I have always loved children since a very young age. In fact I would always say, I would become a Pre school teacher when I grow up. I always had genuine care and love for children. I feel happy when I am around children and I have a strong connection with them. I was with the previous family for the past 5 years . I took care of a 7 year old boy and a new born, who have now turned into a 12 year old and a 4 year old girl. Watching them grow was something I looked forward to everyday. Talking to them and spending time with them aspires me to do better everyday.I am punctual and flexible.I am trustworthy and loyal .I love kids and thats why I chose to be a nanny career wise. I can work during the weekends and occasional days/nights as well.I don't have kids of my own so I can work long hours when needed. I like to travel so traveling wouldn't be a problem to me. I am looking forward to work with a new family.

I am a 31 years old French native woman, living in Sunnyside, Queens. I have lived in NY for approximately 12 years now, and have been looking after children during this whole time. I first lived in White Plains, NY with an American family who hired me as their Aupair. For the past 10 years, I have worked for different families in the New York City area.
Over the course of my extensive experience, I have been in charge of driving the children to school, taking them to after school activities, supervising homework, organizing playdates, overseeing daily care routine, as well as doing laundry and preparing diversified and healthy meals...; While also helping out their parents manage their daily lives.
I have recently gone back to school and graduated in June 2019 with an Associate degree in Business administration. Being a full time student while at the same time working as a full time nanny has shown me how motivated and resilient I can be, but more importantly, how passionate I am about being a child care provider. Taking care of young ones for the past 12 years has surpassed being
a simple mean to provide for myself. As I have been able to observe and participate in many
different types of educational approaches, I have discovered how fascinating and complex a child’s development can be, and although, I am particularly confident in the methods I employ while facing the many situations/obstacles one might encounter during the educational process of one’s child, I am also extremely flexible and open minded to trying different techniques. So far my experience along with my desire to have a strong communication bond with the parents I work with, have gratified me with a strong sense of being truly helpful in the many different lives I have been in contact with. This job has turned out to be a lifelong study of the human being, the forces that affect its behavior and the means to improve oneself; providing me with constant personal growth, true optimism and most importantly patience and indulgence towards the human kind.

I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for the children in my care. I take safety extremely seriously. I am trained and certified in childhood CPR and First Aid training and have kept my certifications up to date. I believe having such knowledge is important for a nanny and can be a life saver in case of an injury or accident.
I love children and enjoy their company and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive. I have good organizational and communication skills, which I believe are among the moMy name is Alicia and I am writing to submit my resume for the nanny position for your family. I have worked in the childcare industry for ten years with three different families and consider myself to be an educated and a professional Nanny. I view the childcare and nanny profession to be challenging, exciting, and most of all rewarding in so many ways. In my current nanny job, I take care of a two and half year old and his newborn sister. I have years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. In my previous role as a live-in nanny to a busy family of two girls, I learned how difficult it can be to manage the varying needs of children in diverse stages of development.
I graduated college in 1994 and moved to the United States of America in 1998 to have the opportunity to learn English and to work with the Kraff family. I lived in and worked for the Kraff family for five years when their girls were three year old and six years old. I enjoy keeping fit and active by running, biking and playing tennis. I always bring my energy and positive attitude to work and most importantly feel it is important to engage children with age appropriate activities that involve keeping them active, while paying close attention to the needs of each child. I also enjoy traveling in my free time and in 2010 I became a US citizen, which I am very proud of.
Having been born and raised in Mexico City by my parents in a family with 2 sisters and four brothers, my first language is Spanish. I would be more than happy to help with your child learn the Spanish language. In my current position, I taught the toddler dozens of Spanish words and with his growing vocabulary, he is now able to communicate in Spanish. His parents are thrilled that I am teaching him another lst important skills for a nanny. I have a friendly and pleasing demeanor and enjoy working with others. I managed my previous employer’s home as well as caring for their children. I do not mind doing household chores that do not correlate to the care of children.
I have the necessary qualification and qualities to meet your expectations. I would love to speak with you personally about your family’s needs. Please don’t hesitate to contact me by phone or by email. Thank you so much for the opportunity to be considered for the position, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I have several years of experience providing childcare for children, and as the years have passed I have grown to be more and more passionate about this career. During my time babysitting, I worked with families with multiple children, special needs, and different age groups which provided me with the experience necessary to begin my nanny career.

Overall, I have nine years of nanny experience and twelve years of experience working with children including my time as an occasional babysitter. I worked with children ranging from newborns to six years old. The care I provided but not limited to included feeding, safely storing and defrosting breast milk, keeping a sanitized play and eating space, cooking for child/children, bathing, sleep training, potty training, attending doctor appointments, arranging playdates, and scheduling daily outings. I refined many skills throughout my career such as proficiency in communication with different developmental stages, social and physical development, early childhood knowledge, CPR certified and currently completing my CDA certification.

I have a genuine love for working with children and families. To be the cause of a smile on a little one’s face is one of the most rewarding feeling. To be able to witness the growth and new things learned by a child is truly an amazing thing. Providing love and receiving it back is what I cherish about being a nanny.
