A loving, busy family is looking for a proactive and developmentally focused nanny for their 4-year-old and 1.5 years old. Their 4-year-old is athletic, artistic, curious, high energy, funny and loving. He loves science, art, music, dancing, and sports. The 1.5-year-old is running, walking, and jumping. Starting to play sports games. He likes to draw and loves to dance. Eager to connect, learn the language, and play. This is an active pair, so there is never a dull moment.
The family is seeking a nanny who can help inspire their curiosity. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about childcare and child development. Someone who is a self-starter and knows how to tag-team. The family is also hoping to find someone with a great spirit, fun, and enjoys being engaged with children. The ability to challenge the children while creating a safe and enriched environment.
Your typical nanny duties will involve everything pertaining to the children; feedings, diaper changes, children's laundry, nap routine, keeping track of baby/preschooler’s items to ensure they stay stocked, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, and eventually potty training!

This is a full-time, live-out position.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, anywhere between 40. Additional hours, and travels may be required with advance notice. So ideal a candidate who is flexible.
This position requires little travel due to covid, however, family travels x times a year.
Compensation & Benefits
All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is $30-$32/hour, a healthcare stipend, and PTO, and Paid federal holidays. There are 2 weeks of vacation and a discretionary performance bonus.
Start Date: The position will begin as soon as the family finds the right fit for their parenting team. This is a long-term role and the position starts as soon as the family can find the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Step-in and step-out intuition and a collaborative spirit to tag team childcare with hand 0n parents
Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of children
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Cooks for children and helps with meal preparation.
Manage daily care and supervision of children
Feed, bathe, change, and dress children
Adhere to children’s schedule, including naps/sleep and activities
Organize calendar arranging independently for routine playdates, outings, etc Implement regularly and independently children’s educational and developmental activities
Facilitate intellectual development (eg. words, numbers, enrichment, etc)
Facilitate physical development (eg. running, stacking, using utensils, etc) in a high-energy, creative, and playful way
Facilitate social development, helping to make connections with friends and attending playdates
Manage all aspects of children’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including, meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, diaper bag, etc.
US, Work Authorization
At least 3 years of professional Full-time or Part-time childcare experience
A valid driver’s license A valid passport
Comfortable cooking Infant/Child
CPR and First-Aid certifications
Must take Covid very seriously
Comfortable getting Covid-19 test and vaccinations. Flu and T-Dap Vaccination
