A friendly, on-the-go family in Belmont, MA, is looking for a college-educated nanny for their two children ages 4 and 1. Their oldest is in school, so care is primarily for their toddler. The ideal candidate for this position is a nanny passionate about childcare and child development. Someone who has experience working with multiple children and toddlers is essential. Their nanny should also be punctual and patient, have a positive pitch-in attitude, and be a self-starter who knows how to troubleshoot issues independently. The nanny should hold an associate's degree or higher and have a valid driver's license and car to get to work. A car is also available during work hours.

Monday-Friday, from 9am-6pm

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay is $30-$35, which is an annualized base compensation of 85k-100k. (Higher compensation is in accordance with experience.)
PTO, including paid federal holidays. There are two weeks of vacation and a discretionary performance bonus.

The family is open about Covid but asks that the applicant is up to date on vaccinations.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Safety first.
Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of the children
Light housekeeping (e,g, emptying and loading dishwasher, cleaning up after children, doing children laundry.)
Ability to change diapers and eventually potty train.
To ensure they stay stocked, keep track of children’s items (e.g., diapers, wipes, milk, toys etc.).
Engaged in facilitating intellectual development (e.g., words, numbers, enrichment, reading, flashcards, games and active play, etc.)
Outgoing and friendly (i.e., will make friends with other nannies, arrange playdates, etc.)
Ability to make school lunches and very simple meals for the children
Adhere to the children’s schedule (e.g., School drop-off and pick-ups, any afterschool activities, etc.)
Qualifications:
US, Work Authorization
Minimum of 3 years of Professional Nanny Experience
Minimum of 3 amazing references
Newborn experience
Valid Driver’s License
Up to date on all vaccinations
Covid vaccination and boosted
CPR and First-Aid certifications
