A warm-hearted, lovely family in Brookline, Massachusetts, is looking for an experienced, college-educated nanny for their family starting September 6. They have two children, a 20-month-old and an infant that will be four months when the nanny starts. Their family is looking for a nanny who is engaging and energetic. Someone dedicated to their role and puts the sole focus on their child and his development.
The ideal nanny for this position is someone who has experience with children close in age. Someone patient, kind, attentive, punctual, and great with children. Nanny should be an experienced driver. The family will provide a vehicle if needed.
Job Detail (Position detail can change as the family works out their needs)
This position is a full-time, live-out:
The schedule is Monday - Friday, from 8:00 PM- 6:00 PM
Must be covid vaccinated and already boosted or with plans to be boosted.
Compensation & Benefits
All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is $30-$35 an hour, and PTO [7 Paid federal holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, one week overlapping with family, and 3 sick days] and a discretionary performance bonus.

Start Date: This is a long-term role, and the position starts as soon as the family can find the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate intellectual development (e.g., reading, spelling, numbers, arts and crafts, enrichment, etc.)
Facilitate physical development (e.g., running, climbing, stacking, using utensils, etc,) in a high-energy, creative, and playful way.
Facilitate social development, helping to make connections with friends and attending playdates
Organize calendar, arrange outings, etc.
Active engagement and clear communication with work-at-home parents
Embraces family parenting style
Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of their sons
Cook and prepare healthy meals and snacks for both of their sons
Adhere to their children’s schedule, including naps/sleep and activities
Manage all aspects of the child’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, etc.
Qualifications
Passionate about childcare
US Work Authorization
Driver’s license
At least three years of professional full-time or part-time childcare experience
Associate Degree or Higher
Basic Tech Savvy
Comfortable cooking for children
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable getting Covid-19 tested, vaccinated, and willing to get the booster.
