A loving, busy family is looking for a proactive and developmentally focused educated nanny for their family. The family is eager to find a take-charge nanny with whom they can partner and collaborate in creating and sustaining an enriched environment for their toddler. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, proactive, warm, calm, outgoing, and enjoy teaching. It is important to always promote an environment where the toddler is learning throughout the day.
Your goal is to find creative ways to nurture the toddler’s emotional, intellectual, and educational growth. The ability to create and plan a curriculum is vital to succeeding in this role. A playful personality with a firm and directive approach will be the key to a successful relationship within this family.

This is a full-time, live-out position.
This is a full-charge role
The schedule is Monday through Friday with an 8-10 hour shift.
This is a fully-staff home. Must have experience working in a staffed home.
Must be passport ready to travel domestically and internationally.
The family spends 2-3 months in NYC
Compensation & Benefits
All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is 90k+ with competitive gross annualized earnings, 100% healthcare contribution, and PTO and Paid federal holidays. There are 2 weeks of vacation and a discretionary performance bonus. Starting base commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Start Date: This is a long-term role and the position is for an immediate start.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Cooks fresh, healthy meals from scratch for toddler daily
Organize calendar arranging independently for routine playdates, outings, etc
Interact educationally and creatively with an active and curious toddler
Promote positive behavior and good manners
Must be computer & tech-savvy
Implement regularly and independently toddler’s educational and developmental activities
Manage all aspects of toddler’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys & books, kid laundry, kid-vehicle cleanliness
Team-player attitude. Must have experience working in a staffed home.
At least 10 years of professional full-time childcare experience
Bachelor's degree is a must. Master is a plus
Must drive with a valid and clean license
Knowledgeable about healthy eating, comfortable cooking from scratch for toddler on a daily basis
CPR and First-Aid certifications
