Rotational or Traditional schedule
Must be able to be covid vaccinated.
Nanny will have a private room in the family's home as well as a private bathroom.
Work-related vehicles will be provided for candidates.
This position currently requires no travel due to covid, however, family will likely travel a
few times a year as covid eventually eases.
Compensation &; Benefits
All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is $25-$35 hour with PTO.
Start Date: The position will begin as soon as the family finds the right fit for their parenting
team. This is a long-term role and the position starts as soon as the family can find the right
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Most important responsibility is to keep toddler safe
Second most important thing is to have fun and enjoy each other.
Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of toddler
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Cook and prepare healthy meals and snacks for toddler
Facilitate social development, helping to make connections with friends and attending
Facilitate intellectual development (e.g. words, numbers, enrichment, etc)
Facilitate physical development (e.g. running, stacking, using utensils, etc) in a high-
energy, creative and playful way
Organize calendar arranging outings, etc Implement regularly and independently
toddler’s educational and developmental activities
Adhere to toddler’s schedule, including naps/sleep and activities
Manage all aspects of their toddler’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization
– including, meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, diaper
Light House Cleaning. Family has ongoing professional cleaners, but applicant is
expected to help with cleanliness of the kitchen, laundry, food prep, trash removal, and
other light household tasks.
Light errand running such as picking items from the store etc.

· Must drive with a valid and clean license
· At least 4 years of professional full-time or part-time childcare experience
· Comfortable cooking for children
· CPR and First-Aid certifications
· Dog friendly
· Comfortable getting Covid-19 tested, vaccinated and willingness to get the booster
