Loving, Nanny or Manny Needed for an Outgoing, Seattle family

Busy, down to earth family based just outside of Seattle is looking for an amazing nanny or manny for their three boys. A 6-year-old and 3-year-old twins. The boys are described to be very goofy. They love to laugh, run around, and play with the dog, a one-year-old Australian shepherd and lots of out-door time. The boys are in school, but it is important for the parents that they have coverage for their boys. Nanny would need to drop kids off at school in the mornings, return to their home, straighten up the children area, prepare their snacks and then pick up the boys from school.
The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about childcare. Someone able to keep up with the boy’s busy schedule, comfortable taking the dog along during walks, a self-starter and knows how to troubleshoot issues on their own. The family is also hoping to find someone with a great spirit, enjoys music and dancing and stories. Lastly, a background in early childhood education is always great. However, experience with school aged children is a huge plus.

This position is: Full-time, Live-out
The schedule is Monday through Friday, anywhere between 45-55/hrs. Additional hours, and travels may be required with advance notice. So ideal a candidate who is flexible.
This position requires little travel due to covid, however, family travels 3-4 times a year.
Compensation & Benefits
All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is $30-$40 an hour, or 80-90+K/year in annualized earnings, in addition to relocation assistance, a healthcare stipend, and PTO and Paid federal holidays. There is 2 weeks of vacation and a discretionary performance bonus.
Start Date: The position will begin as soon as the family finds the right fit for their parenting team. This is a long-term role, and the position starts as soon as the family can find the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Get the kids ready in the morning,
Give them breakfast
School drop-offs and pick-ups
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Prepare snacks and dinner while children are at school
Organize calendar arranging independently for routine playdates, outings, etc Implement regularly and independently children’s educational and developmental activities
Facilitate social development, helping to make connections with friends and attending playdates
Give boys baths
Manage all aspects of children’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including, Laundry, hanging clothes, cleaning children’s area.
US, Work Authorization
At least 3 years of professional, full-time childcare experience
Valid driver’s license and passport
Comfortable cooking for children
CPR and First-Aid certifications
Must be able to swim
Desire to commit long-term
Engaging and active with a true passion for caring for children
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
