A busy and wonderful family in Wayland, MA  is looking for a smart, proactive nanny for their three children ages 7, 9  and 11. Ideally, they would love a nanny who is engaging and fun. Someone energetic, warm, kind, experienced, detail-oriented, responsible, and creative. Transporting to/from school and to afternoon activities, meal prep and feeding, light housekeeping.  Ideal candidate models a  calm, agile, inclusive, mature demeanor


Job Detail (Position detail can change as family works out their needs)


This position is a live out or in position: (housing details)

  • This is a Full-time, live-out.

  • The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10 AM - 6 PM.

Compensation & Benefits

  • All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is $30-$40 an hour. In addition, there are PTO  [Paid federal holidays. Paid 2-weeks vacation] a Discretionary performance bonus.

  • Family is happy to provide health insurance stipend

  • Snow days and any additional school holidays are also paid time off

Start Date: The position will begin as soon as the family finds the right fit for their parenting team. This is a long-term role, and the position starts as soon as the family can find the right candidate.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • All-childcare related duties

  • Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style

  • Personal/family assistant during the daytime and then coordinating kids after school pick up

  • Bring kids to activities, outings, therapies or play dates etc

  • Prepare snacks and dinner while children are at school

  • Support kids with homework

  • Implement regularly and independently children’s educational and developmental activities

  • Facilitate social development, helping to make connections with friends and attending playdates

  • Assisting with Evening routine

  • Manage all aspects of children’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including, Laundry, hanging clothes, cleaning children’s area.

Qualification:

  • US, Work Authorization

  • At least 3 years of professional, full-time childcare experience

  • Experience working with school age children

  • Valid driver’s license and passport

  • Comfortable cooking for children

  • CPR and First-Aid certifications

  • Must be able to drive

  • Desire to commit long-term

  • Engaging and active with a true passion for caring for children

  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
