Warm & caring live-in Nanny needed for High Profile clients with 3 children. There is an 11-month-old, a toddler, and a school-age child. This is a staffed home, so you must be a team player.
Schedule is Mon-Fri from 7:00am-7:00pm. Mom and dad are busy professionals and are looking for someone loving and experienced. The ideal candidate is going to be engaged from the moment they meet the children. A person who is energetic, positive, warm, professional, and has developmentally focused will excel in this role. The family wants someone who is a great caregiver, reliable, and will create a stimulating environment for their children. A huge plus, if you have experience with a Montessori, Reggio, or similar child, led philosophies

This is a full-time live-in position. This position is ideal for a career nanny who wants a long-term position.
The schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00 am-7 pm. There is a weekend nanny.
Housing Details
You will have a private room and a private bathroom. Their home is great for someone who loves the outdoors.
Traveling Details
Not much traveling now due to covid but you will be required to travel with family. So huge plus to be passport ready
Compensation & Benefits
All positions are paid gross with overtime. Compensation is very competitive with PTO and Paid federal holidays and 2 weeks of vacation. $30+/ 90k+
Start Date: This is a long-term role and the position starts as soon as the family can find the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of children’s spaces
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Feed, bathe, change, and dress children
Adhere to children’s schedule, including naps/sleep and activities
Implement regularly and independently children’s educational and developmental activities
Facilitate intellectual development (eg. describing, building vocabulary, numbers, enrichment, etc)
Facilitate physical development (eg. running, tracing & finer motor skills, using utensils, etc) in a high-energy, creative, and playful way
Facilitate social development (eg. naming/understanding emotions, opportunities for decision making, developing self-esteem, manners)
Manage all aspects of children’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including, meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, play spaces, etc.
Meal prep for children and ensuring that they eat healthy meals
Qualifications
Must swim
Must drive- family can provide a car
Must have live-in experience
Must speak Spanish
The family is seeking long term commitment

Promote early childhood learning
Focus and engage with the children’s specific interests
Pitch in attitude
6+ years of strong professional nanny experience
Comfortable cooking for children
Infant/Child CPR and First-Aid certifications
Must take Covid very seriously
