A busy Williamsburg family is eager to find a nanny that is a team player for their growing family. They have 3 children ages 8yo, 6yo,  and almost 4yo with a newborn on the way.  So there is never a dull moment. This position is ideal for a candidate who is fun, engaging, and creative. The two eldest children go to school in Manhattan, so you will be supporting and tag-teaming with the mom as you coordinate school drop/pick-ups, meals, and afternoon activities. You will be partnering with mom to divide and conquer. A nanny who can bring a playful, warm, supportive energy to this bustling home and make a difference being an extra set of hands will thrive in this role. The family has a small Dachshund. So you must be comfortable working with dogs.

This position is a live-out position

  • This is a full-time, live-out position.

  • The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am-6 pm.

Traveling Details

  • (domestic/international travel) yes we would like to have traveled as an option for both domestic and international

Compensation & Benefits

  • All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is $-35/hr with a competitive gross annualized salary of 80k+, Healthcare contribution, and PTO and Paid federal holidays. There are 2 weeks of vacation.

Start Date: This is a long-term role and the position is for an immediate start.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of children’s spaces

  • Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style

  • Feed, bathe, change, and dress children.

  • Adhere to child’s schedule, including naps/sleep and activities

  • Implement regularly and independently children’s educational and developmental activities

  • Facilitate intellectual development (eg. numbers, puzzles, enrichment, etc)

  • Facilitate physical development (eg. running, dancing) in a high-energy, creative and playful way

  • Facilitate social development

  • Manage all aspects of children’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including, meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, diaper bag, etc.

  • Meal prep for children and ensuring that they eat healthy meals. Must be able to cook or follow recipes to create a meal.


US, Work Authorization

Minimum of 5+-years of professional full-time or part-time childcare experience

Infant/Preschool/School Age experience

CPR and First-Aid certifications

Must take Covid very seriously
