A loving family in Greenwich, CT, is looking for a proactive, adventurous nanny for their 5-year-old and 7-year-old. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about childcare and child development—someone who is a self-starter and knows how to tag-team. The family is also hoping to find someone with a great spirit, fun, and enjoys being engaged with children. You must have the ability to challenge the children while creating a safe and enriched environment.
Your typical nanny duties will involve everything pertaining to the children.
This position is a Live-in position.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM - 6 PM. Someone flexible would be ideal, as a parent's schedule may vary from time to time.
A car will be provided for on-the-job use.

You will have a private room in the family's home. You have a private bathroom.
Traveling with family around the holidays is important.
Compensation & Benefits
All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is an annualized salary of $100k+.
Paid Travel with family, Health Care Stipend, Paid Vacation, Major Holidays Off, Tuition Reimbursement for Child-related courses.
Start Date: This is a long-term role. The family is looking for the right fit and would start someone asap.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Step-in and step-out intuition and a collaborative spirit to tag-team childcare with hand 0n parents
Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of children
Follows parents' approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Cooks for children and helps with meal preparation.
Manage daily care and supervision of children
Adhere to children's schedule, school, and activities
Organize calendar arranging independently for routine playdates, outings, etc. Implement regularly and independently children's educational and developmental activities.
Manage all aspects of children's property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, book bags, etc.
Qualifications
US, Work Authorization
At least five years of professional Full-time or Part-time childcare experience
A valid driver's license
A valid passport
Comfortable cooking children
CPR and First-Aid certifications
Must take Covid very seriously
Comfortable getting Covid-19 test and vaccinations. Flu and T-Dap Vaccination
