Sacha Jarrell is a mama of two kiddos, ages 8 and 3 years old. She is an infant & toddler sleep specialist and Senior Sleep Consultant at MyBaby Sleepology and was certified by the Pediatric Sleep Academy. After she taught her oldest child independent sleep and experienced how life changing it was for the whole family she became passionate about helping others on their sleep training journey. Over the years she and her team have helped thousands of families across the world achieve better sleep.
