The TTNA Screening Service includes different layers of screening and interviews. Ensuring the thorough and right placement of a candidate you need and deserve.

Initial Screening:

Screening for one candidate that the family finds on their own.

30-minute phone consultation with family about what they are looking for in a candidate and how that will relate to the screened candidate

In-person or Skype interview of the candidate

3 Reference Checks:

An in-depth conversation with references regarding the candidate’s ability to interact with children as well as perform job functions.
Interview techniques from 30 years of experience to assess reference’s authenticity.
All references delivered in a written summary.

Comprehensive Background Check:

National sex offender registry clearance.
State/Federal criminal history search.
Driving record check.

Post Screening:

Post-screening consult with the family about Tiny Treasures Nanny Agency’s feedback on the candidate.
