Type of Position: Full-time, Live-out. Must be flexible.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (40-50 hrs/week); flexibility required for occasional evenings or weekends.
Compensation & Benefits: $45-$50+/hr or $130K+ DOE. PTO includes 2 weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays, and 5 paid sick days. Health insurance and Vision.
Start Date: ASAP or flexible for the right candidate
Travel Required: Occasional travel may be required
Additional Info: This hybrid role combines high-level childcare and full household management. Fluency in Mandarin is required, along with a service-minded attitude, tech-savviness, and strong experience in luxury home operations. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.

Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring the residence is always maintained to the highest standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
Work closely with vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts when necessary.
Maintain household inventory, oversee stocking of pantry and supplies, and ensure prompt replenishment of essentials.
Oversee the payment of bills, invoices, and vendor contracts.
Maintain confidential records related to household operations, insurance, and family preferences.
Personal Assistance & Butler Services
Provide formal and informal butler services, including greeting guests, serving meals and beverages, setting tables, and event coordination.
Assist in planning and executing private events, formal dinners, and social gatherings.
Oversee travel logistics for the principal and family, including packing/unpacking and itinerary coordination.
Handle personal errands, reservations, and administrative tasks as needed.
Security & Privacy Management
Ensure high levels of discretion, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
Work with security teams to maintain safety protocols for the residence and family members.
Manage guest access and security clearance when required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin.
A strong servant attitude suitable for the service industry is essential.

5+ years of experience in relative areas

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and professionalism are essential.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in managing household apps, AI tools, digital budgeting tools etc.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally if required.
