Creative + Dynamic Nanny Sought for Spirited Williamsburg Preschooler

Family’s Location: Williamsburg
Ages of children: 1 kid, 2 years old
Type of Position: Live-Out, Full-time Nanny Position
Schedule: Monday-Friday, from 9 am - 6 pm
Compensation & Benefits: The family is offering $28-$33. PTO (2-weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays and 5 sick days.)
Start Date: September 1st
Additional Info: The family travels for two weeks during the summer, and the nanny is expected to come for a few days each week.

A vibrant family in Williamsburg is seeking a creative and dynamic nanny for their 2-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience with preschool-aged children and a passion for child development. They should be proactive, energetic, and able to create a fun and educational atmosphere. The nanny must be tech-savvy and able to incorporate technology into learning activities when appropriate.

Position Responsibilities:
Prioritize the child’s safety and well-being at all times. Plan and engage in activities that promote learning and development, such as arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play. Drop off and pick ups from school and other activities. Manage the daily routines, including meal preparation, nap times, and bath time. Encourage socialization through playdates and community activities. Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the child, including laundry, organizing toys, and maintaining a tidy play area.

Qualifications:
Legal authorization to work in the US.
A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
Proficiency in caring for toddlers and preschoolers.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications.
