Families Location: Bronxville, NY
Number of children and Age: 1 child, 20-month-old son. Expecting another next year.
Type of Position: Part time, Live out.
Schedule: Monday – Fridays, usually 11:00 am – 5:00 pm (30 hrs).
Compensation & benefits: $32-$35. PTO (2-weeks paid vacation, federal holidays and 5 sick days.).

A loving family in Bronxville, NY is seeking a reliable and knowledgeable nanny to care for their 20-month-old son. The role includes picking him up from preschool and taking him to various activities in Bronxville and Tuckahoe. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the age groups of infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and will be able to promote educational activities that support his ongoing development. The family is looking for someone who is attentive, safety-conscious, and focused on their son’s well-being and happiness. Both parents have flexible schedules that allow them to work from home. It is important that the nanny feels comfortable in the home when one or both parents are present.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Prioritize safety while adhering to the families' parenting styles and childcare philosophies. Taking their son from school to other educational activities such as Library programming.
Engage their son in activities that promote intellectual and social development, such as music, art, storytelling, and crafts, and encourage social interaction through playdates and group activities.
Provide support with potty training, including occasional assistance with bath time if needed due to accidents.
Assist with light clean up after their son, organizing his room and play area, is needed.

Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 4 years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for toddlers and Pre-K children.
A driver’s license is optional if the candidate can walk a substantial distance.
Basic Tech Savvy is optional.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
