Families Location: Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, NY
Number of children and Age: 1 child, toddler
Type of Position: Full-time, Live out.
Schedule: Monday through Friday (40 hrs hours)
Compensation & benefits: $35 PTO (2-weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays and 5 sick days.)

Travel Required: Yes, family would like a candidate who is open to traveling with them.
Additional info: The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to stay later on certain evenings, as the parents may plan date nights a few times a week with advance notice.


Family Overview
A loving family in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, is seeking a flexible and kind nanny for their toddler. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for infants and be knowledgeable about developmental milestones for this age group. The nanny should be engaging, fun, a quick learner, self-motivated, and able to solve problems independently. The family travels and is looking for someone willing to accompany them. Additionally, one parent works from home until the fall, so the candidate should be comfortable with a work-from-home parent.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Prioritize safety and maintain a clean environment for their son, adhering to the families' parenting styles and childcare philosophies. Engage their son in activities that promote intellectual and social development, such as music, art, storytelling, and crafts, and encourage social interaction through playdates and group activities.
Manage daily routines, including tracking feeding, nap, and play schedules for their son, and handling his meal prep. Perform related duties such as laundry, tidying baby's areas, organizing toys and books, and maintaining diaper bags.

Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for newborns.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
