A loving family in Miami is looking for a reliable, proactive nanny for their 18 months old toddler and 3 month old. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with experience working with multiple children. Someone who can safely create a loving and fun atmosphere for their child. (E,g, reading to children, playing with them, planning activities, coordinating family calendar, keeping the children happy, keeping the children's things organized, and more.)

The nanny must be professional, creative, proactive, a self-starter, and know how to troubleshoot issues independently. In addition, their older child will need to go to physical therapy for Torticollis once per week and perform daily exercises accordingly. It is expected of the nanny to learn about these exercises to assist in these exercises when instructed. Lastly, both parents have flexible enough schedules to work from home. The nanny must be comfortable working in close partnership with both parents.


The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. (45 hrs. a week.) Additional hours may be required with notice. So, an ideal candidate who is flexible
You will have a private room in the family's home. You have a private bathroom.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position is paid gross with overtime. This position is $27-$35 per hour, PTO (e.g, paid federal holidays, two weeks of vacation, and sick days.)
A discretionary performance bonus.

Covid Risk Tolerance:
The family is lenient about Covid.

Start Date: Begins January 2024. This is a long-term role.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Safety first.
Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of the children
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Manage daily care and supervision of the children
Adhere to the infant’s schedule (e.g., School drop-off and pick-ups, and any plan playdates and after-school activities.)
Facilitate intellectual development (e.g., words, numbers, stories, puzzles, overlooking any school work, etc.)
Facilitate social development, helping to make connections with friends and attending playdates and classes
Ability to plan fun activities, keeping the children active and engage
Ability to make very simple meals for the children.
Laundry for the children.
Manage all aspects of the infant’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization, including meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes after laundry, cleaning toys/books, diaper bags, etc.

Qualifications:
US, Work Authorization
Minimum of 5 years of professional Nanny experience
Infant experience
Up to date on all vaccinations
Covid vaccination and boosted
CPR and First-Aid certifications
Willingness to travel
