Families Location: Battery Park City/Tribeca, Manhattan, NY
Number of children and Age: Two children (turning 3 and 1 in May)
Type of Position: Full time, live-out. Must be flexible.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM, and Saturday if interested.
Compensation & benefits: $91,000–$107,000 per year, plus an additional $15,288 for optional 7-hour Saturday shifts. Benefits include two weeks of paid vacation (one week at the nanny’s discretion and one week at the family’s discretion), most federal holidays, five sick days, and a monthly OMNY card.
Start Date: ASAP.
Travel Required: Travel and/or Overnights Required

A warm, laid-back family in Battery Park City/Tribeca, Manhattan is seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny to become a valued part of their parenting team. They have two sweet boys, a curious nearly 3-year-old and a happy nearly 1-year-old, and are looking for someone who truly enjoys caring for infants and toddlers and can grow with the family.

The ideal nanny is engaging, active, and knowledgeable about early childhood development and milestones. This role involves creating fun, safe, and enriching activities that support both intellectual and physical growth, while providing loving, attentive care throughout the day.

The family hopes to find someone who is responsible, honest, energetic, flexible, and well-organized. They value a caregiver who is respectful and supportive of their parenting approach, which centers on safety, communication, engagement, community, and confidentiality. Most importantly, they are looking for someone who will build a genuine, trusting bond with their children and feel at home as part of the family.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide loving, attentive care for two children (ages 3 years and 1 in May)
Support daily routines including meals, naps, diapering, and age-appropriate transitions
Plan and facilitate fun, safe, and engaging activities that encourage intellectual, emotional, and physical development
Foster learning through play, reading, music, and creative exploration
Support developmental milestones for both infant and toddler stages
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children at all times
Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks for the children as needed
Take the children on walks and age-appropriate outings, weather permitting
Encourage positive behavior, manners, and gentle guidance aligned with the family’s parenting style
Communicate openly and regularly with parents about the children’s day, progress, and needs
Respect family values, routines, and confidentiality
Keep children’s areas tidy and assist with light child-related housekeeping (toys, bottles, dishes, etc.)
Family’s Laundry, helping with throwing out trash, running loading and emptying dishwasher.
Be dependable, punctual, and flexible to accommodate occasional schedule changes
Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or unexpected situations


Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for two children, under the age of four.
A drivers license with a clean driving record is preferred but not required.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
