Families Location: Downtown Brooklyn, NY
Number of children and Age: 1 child, 3-month-old.
Type of Position: Full-time, live out.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40-hrs).
Compensation & benefits: $27-$35 PTO (2-weeks paid vacation, 6 federal holidays and 5 sick days.)
Start Date: 02/02/2026 - 02/09/2026
Travel Required: No.
​​Additional Information: Bilingual candidates are a strong plus. Parents work in a hybrid remote schedule, so the nanny must be comfortable working alongside parents who are home part of the week.

Family Overview:
A kind and engaged family in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a nurturing nanny to care for their 3-month-old. The ideal candidate has experience working with infants, particularly those between 3 and 6 months old, and a strong understanding of early childhood development. Supporting the child’s developmental milestones and overall well-being will be a key part of this role.

The nanny should be punctual, communicative, and organized, and respectful of the family’s parenting style. As the parents work from home a few days a week, the ideal candidate is proactive and comfortable working independently when needed. Bilingual candidates, particularly those who speak Mandarin, Dutch, or Spanish, are a plus but not required.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for a 3-month-old infant
Support developmental milestones through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Establish and maintain consistent routines for feeding, naps, and play
Plan and facilitate age-appropriate outings, walks, and future playdates
Encourage early learning through reading, music, and sensory play
Prepare meals and bottles as needed, including proper cleaning and sanitizing
Handle light housekeeping related to the child’s care and play areas
Manage the family’s laundry and organization of clothing and supplies
Communicate regularly with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and needs
Run occasional child-related errands as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times
Experience introducing a second language is a plus, though not required.


Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for newborn, infants, and toddlers.
Second languages, such as Dutch, Mandarin, French, or Spanish, are a huge plus, but not required.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
