Families Location: Rye, Westchester, NY
Number of children and Age: 2 children, 6-year-old and 4-year-old.
Type of Position: Full time, Live out. Must be flexible.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 6:30pm (55 hours a week )
Compensation & benefits: $35-$40 DOE. or ($113,000k - $130,000k a year), including 2 weeks paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.
Start Date: 08/01/2026.
Travel Required: No.

Family Overview:
A busy and welcoming family in Rye, Westchester, NY is seeking an energetic, dependable Nanny/Family Assistant to help support their household and care for their school-age children. The ideal candidate has experience working with older children and enjoys creating a structured, positive, and engaging environment. Responsibilities will include helping maintain the children’s daily routines, assisting with school drop-offs and pick-ups, coordinating after-school activities, and fostering a fun, active, and supportive atmosphere.

While the children are in school, the family would appreciate assistance with household tasks that help keep the home organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, and happy to step in where needed.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assist with maintaining the children’s daily routines and schedules
Help get the children ready for school, including morning routines and preparation
Handle school drop-offs and pick-ups safely and punctually
Drive children to and from after-school activities, appointments, and playdates
Engage the children through fun, active, and age-appropriate activities
Foster a positive, supportive, and structured environment for the children
Prepare children’s meals and snacks as needed
Assist with children’s laundry and organization of children’s spaces
Help keep common household areas tidy and organized
Run occasional family errands and assist with household support tasks while the children are at school
Communicate regularly with parents regarding schedules, activities, and the children’s needs
Support the household with a proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for school age children.
Must have a driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
