Energetic Part-Time Nanny Needed for School-Age Children in San Francisco, CA

Join a vibrant family in their search for an energetic and reliable nanny to care for their 6-year-old and 10-year-old children. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple children, engaging in interactive and stimulating activities, assisting with homework, and maintaining a structured routine. The nanny will be responsible for coordinating the children's schedules, driving children to and back from activities, ensure a fun and safe environment. This live-out position requires collaboration with parents who work remotely.

This position part-time and live-out:
• The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
• Additional hours may be required with notice. So, an ideal candidate who is flexible.

Pet family:
The family has two small dogs.


Compensation & Benefits:
• This position is paid gross with overtime. This position is $35-$45 per hour, PTO (e.g, paid federal holidays, two weeks of vacation, and sick days.)
• A discretionary performance bonus.

Start Date: Begins on 04/15/2024. This is a long-term role.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Safety first.
• Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
• Manage daily care and supervision of their daughters
• Adhere to their daughter’s schedule (e.g., School drop-off and pick-ups, and any after-school activities.)
• Homework help
• Ability to plan fun activities, keeping their daughters active and engage
• Ability to make/prep meals
• Care for/organizing the children’s belongings.
• Laundry for the children
• Encouraging children, and assisting, in evening routines of bathing/reading/bedtime

Qualifications:
• U.S Work Authorization
• Minimum of 3 years of professional Nanny experience
• School-age children experience
• Clean Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle to get to work.
• Covid vaccination
• CPR and First-Aid certifications
