Exceptional, College Educated Nannies Needed Belvedere Tiburon

A private, loving family in Belvedere Tiburon, California, is seeking a full-time Nanny for their family. The family has 3 children, 8, 5, and an 8-month-old. The main focus will be their infant while the other children are at school. The nanny will be responsible for picking the older children up and taking them to after-school activities and preparing snacks and dinner for them. It is important that whoever they hire can manage all three children at a time and has the ability to multitask. Must be a great communicator, follow directions, has an eye for detail, and works well within a team.

The Family has 3 friendly cats, so someone who is comfortable around them.

Job Detail (Position detail can change as family works out their needs)

This position is a full-time, live-in or out:
Nanny will have their own room, and private bath in the family's guest house.
Must be covid vaccinated and already boosted or with plans to be boosted.


Compensation & Benefits
This position is $30-$45 an hour, and PTO [7 Paid federal holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, one week overlapping with family, and 3 sick days] and a discretionary performance bonus.

Start Date: May first start. However the family will hire sooner.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Ability to work with a team
Report to Household manager
Primary responsibility is caring for the 3 children
Some duties include but are not limited to laundry, organization, food prep, cooking, restocking and ordering, prepping for short- or long-term travel, creating and maintaining sleeping and eating schedules, educating parents on new products and toys, and fill-in support on children’s needs, etc.).
Maintain knowledge of all the phases of childhood development from infancy through school-age.
Plan entertaining games, arts and crafts projects, and activities to stimulate a children's learning, imagination, and development.
Implement outdoor play and other physical activities.
Monitor the development of fine motor and sensory skills.
Help with speech and language acquisition.
Aid in the development of interpersonal relationships with siblings and peers.
Follow and contribute to household protocols.
Prepare the children for all travel.
Assist with special events such as birthday parties and family functions.
Help with straightening up on days when house cleaners are not around.

Qualifications
Passionate about childcare
US Work Authorization
At least 3 years of professional full-time or part-time childcare experience
Comfortable cooking for children
Excellent communication skills
CPR & First Aid Certified
College Educated Preferred, but exceptions will be made for great experiences.
Teaching experience is a huge plus.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Strong Swimmer
Trustline Certified
Comfortable getting Covid-19 tested, vaccinated, and willing to get the booster
Pet friendly
