Families Location: Upper East Side, New York, NY
Number of children and Age: 1 child, almost 4-month-old daughter.
Type of Position: Part-time, live-out.
Schedule: Fri-Sat from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
Compensation & benefits: $30-$45/hr. DOE. PTO (2-weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays and 5 sick days.). The nanny will have their own room with a bathroom shared with their child
Start Date: 07/07/2025.
Travel Required: No travel.
Additional info: The parents are unaware of any potential allergies now. Foreign language, Akan or Spanish, is a plus but not mandatory.

A warm and welcoming first-time family on the Upper East Side of New York, NY, is seeking a wonderful, experienced nanny to join their parenting team. They have a sweet 4-month-old daughter and are looking for someone with a strong background in infant care and a deep understanding of developmental milestones.
The ideal candidate is nurturing, trustworthy, and proactive—someone who not only values routine but truly thrives within one. The family places great importance on respectful collaboration and hopes to find a nanny who aligns with their parenting philosophy and caregiving style. While their daughter has not shown any known allergies so far, they would feel most comfortable with a nanny who has experience or knowledge in managing food allergies and introducing new foods safely.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Caring for their infant daughter and ensuring a safe environment for her always
Engage the infant in age-appropriate activities that support learning and development. (e.g., tummy time, reading, music, and talking to her)
Changing diapers; restocking the changing area with diapers/wipes
Baby Laundry - wash, fold, put away
Feeding baby and preparing bottles
Cleaning, sanitizing, and prepping bottles/pacifiers
Plenty of play and reading
As she gets older, food preparation
Maintain feed, nap and play schedule
Maintain a clean and safe infant environment
Ensure safety and well-being of both children
Engage the toddler in age-appropriate activities that support learning and development

Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3- years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for infants and toddlers.
Foreign language, Akan or Spanish, is a plus but not mandatory.
Basic Tech Savvy.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
