High Profile Family Seeks Career Nanny for Rota Schedule In Jupiter, Florida

Schedule: 14 day Rota Schedule
Compensation: $110-120k/hr, depending on experience. This is a Payroll position
Number of Kids: 2 children, 6-year-old and 8 months old.
Start: ASAP
Travel Required: Travels with family is required for this role. Nanny must be passport ready.
Commute: Must be able to drive
Live in Accommodation: There is a private room, but shared between the Nannies but each nanny has their own bed and will coordinate with one another when they transfer in and out of the house after the ROTA shifts.
Other information: The family has 4 dogs, must be pet friendly.

A prominent family in Palm Beach, Florida, is in search of a career nanny for their energetic 6-year-old daughter and 8-month-old infant. The care will mainly be the 6 year old, but you must be able to help with the 8 month old from time to time. Their ideal nanny has a positive attitude and should have experience with school-age children and infants. They are looking for someone kind, fun, easy-going, and reliable. The nanny should be ready to pitch in and feel at ease working in a staffed household, as well as comfortable with dogs—there are four in the family. Additionally, the nanny should possess driving and swimming skills.

This is a long-term, rotational schedule. This means the nanny will work two weeks on and two weeks off. This is also a formal household.

Nanny's responsibility: All childcare-related duties but are not limited to the list.
• All childcare-related duties.
• Handling meal preparation and feeding
• Playing, reading, and setting up fun activities for the children
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play area tidy and organized
• Laundry, ironing, light housekeeping for the children

Requirements & Qualifications:
• U.S Work Authorization
• Will be required to sign an NDA
• Educational background is a huge plus
• 4-Years of Recent Childcare Experience
• A Minimum of 3 Amazing References
• Passionate about children
• Possess the ability to problem-solve
• The family is seeking long-term commitment
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Willingness to get tested for Covid
• Non-smoker
