Type of Position: Part-time, live-out (Weekend)
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits: $35/hr DOE. Includes vacation days, sick days, and paid holidays (as applicable for weekend coverage).

Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure safety and well-being of toddler and newborn (when baby arrives)
Engage the toddler in age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
Create a daily rhythm of play, learning, naps, and outdoor time
Ensure safety and well-being of both children
Engage the toddler in age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
Support feeding, naps, and transitions as the infant joins the routine
Diapering, dressing, and general hygiene for both children
Assist with meals and light cleanup for toddler
Children’s Laundry - wash, fold, put away
Feeding baby and preparing bottles
Cleaning, sanitizing, and prepping bottles/pacifiers
Plenty of play and reading
Light child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, diaper bag etc.)
Foster a loving, stimulating environment
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
3+ years of experience with toddlers and infants
Strong understanding of developmental milestones
CPR/First Aid Certified
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID + booster)
Reliable, warm, and engaging
