Type of Position: Full-time, Live out.
Schedule: 5 days a week, from 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 6 p.m. (47.5-50 hrs.).
Compensation & Benefits: $30-$35/hr. DOE. PTO (two weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays, and five sick days).
Start Date: 09/03/2024
Travel Required: Yes, the family travels (primarily to Florida) and expects the candidate to travel with them several times a year
Additional info: The ideal candidate should be flexible. The baby has oral motor delays. It is important to safely introduce solids and maintain a log of the infants’ foods and bottles with strong attention to detail.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Prioritize safety and maintain a clean environment for their sons, adhering to the families' parenting styles and childcare philosophies. Engage their sons in activities that promote intellectual and social development, such as music, art, reading, and crafts. Instill confidence and encourage social interaction through playdates and group activities. Both children are active and love to be outdoors.
Manage daily routines, including tracking feeding, nap, and play schedules for their sons, and handling feedings and transition to solids for the baby. Take older child to drop offs and pickups at school in coordination with the parents.
Perform related duties such as laundry, tidying children’s areas, organizing toys and books, kitchen clean up, and maintaining diaper bags and tracking supplies.
The family appreciates occasional flexibility to stay late or to cover date nights.

Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for infants and Pre-K children.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
