Family Location: Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY
Number of children and Age: 1 child, a 7 weeks old newborn.
Type of Position: Full time, Live out. Must be flexible.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (40 hr).
Compensation & benefits: $30-$35 DOE. PTO (2-weeks paid vacation, federal holidays and sick days.). And Public transportation pass.
Start Date: 10/10/2026.
Travel Required: Yes.
Additional Info: The family has a one year old Mini dachshund. Must be comfortable around dogs.

A loving family, in Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a caring, dependable Nanny to support their household and care for their newborn daughter. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a firm understanding of developmental milestones needed for newborns. Along with the ability to create an engaging, safe, and stimulating atmosphere for their newborn. The candidate must be calm, honest, detail oriented, a self-starter, and know how to troubleshoot issues independently
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide attentive, nurturing, and safety-focused care for their newborn at all times
Prepare bottles, infant meals, and snacks as appropriate, and support feeding routines
Maintain consistent nap and sleep schedules
Change diapers and clothing, and assist with bathing and daily hygiene needs
Engage the newborn in age-appropriate developmental activities such as reading, music, sensory play, and interactive play
Support early learning and social development through play, conversation, and exploration
Assist with arranging playdate so that their child can have social interaction.
Provide occasional care and supervision for the newborn, including play and routine support
Keep child’s areas clean and organized, including toys, nursery, and play spaces
Handle newborn-related housekeeping tasks such as washing bottles/dishes, newborn’s laundry, and restocking diaper bags
Monitor supplies and communicate needs (diapers, wipes, food items, etc.)
Communicate regularly with parents about routines, milestones, and daily activities
Ensure a positive, calm, and supportive environment for their child
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3 years of professional newborn care experience.
French Speaking a huge plus
Passport and travel ready
Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
