Families Location: Upper East Side, Manhattan, NY
Number of children and Age: 1 child, 5-month-old son at starting date.
Type of Position: Full time, Live out. Must be flexible.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Compensation & benefits: $40-$45 DOE. 2 weeks paid vacation, paid federal holidays, sick days; OMNY pass provided. Healthcare stipend contribution

Family Overview:
A warm and loving family on the Upper East Side is seeking a kind, easy-going, proactive nanny for their 5-month-old son. The ideal candidate has strong infant experience and a genuine passion for early childhood development. This family highly values engaging, developmentally appropriate care and is looking for someone who will support their son’s growth through reading, music, sensory play, and introducing colors and shapes.
The nanny should enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, outings, neighborhood playdates, and visits to local museums while maintaining a consistent daily routine and fostering a fun, nurturing, and supportive environment. This is a long term position for a candidates who wants to grow with a family.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally focused care for the family’s infant son
Engage the child through age-appropriate activities including reading, music, sensory play, tummy time, and introducing colors and shapes
Plan enriching outings such as neighborhood walks, playdates, library visits, and museum activities
Maintain a consistent daily routine including naps, feedings, and playtime
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the baby in accordance with the family’s preferences and feeding routines
Prepare and sterilize bottles, clean and organize toys, and maintain a tidy and sanitary environment for the child
Encourage an interactive, screen-free environment centered around hands-on play and engagement
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s development, milestones, schedule, and daily activities
Handle the child’s laundry and keep nursery, play, and feeding areas organized and tidy
Assist with light child-related housekeeping duties as needed
Support a warm, positive, and collaborative household environment
Running occasional errands (groceries, pickups, etc.)
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 7 years of professional nanny experience. Must have experience working long term with a family.
Experience in caring for Infants and toddlers.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parent
