Family Overview
A loving family in the UWS is seeking a part-time Mother’s helper for their 6-week-old. The family also has a daughter who is in preschool, but the infant will be the primary focus. Occasionally (federal holidays, school closures), the older child might also need to be included, or if the schedule includes an evening, then both children will be home and require care. The ideal candidate must have experience caring for infants and should be knowledgeable of the developmental milestones for this age group. The nanny should be engaging, loving, and a quick learner. The nanny must be comfortable making healthy meals for the infant and helping with light housekeeping. Lastly, it is a huge plus if the nanny speaks German.

Prioritize safety and maintain a clean environment for their son, adhering to the families' parenting styles and childcare philosophies. Engage their son in activities that promote intellectual and social development, such as music, art, storytelling, and crafts, and encourage social interaction through playdates and group activities.
Manage daily routines, including tracking diaper changes, feeding, nap, and play schedules for their son. Handling his feedings, bottle sterilizing, and later introduction of solids. Perform related duties such as children’s laundry, tidying children's areas, organizing toys and books, and maintaining diaper bags.
