Personal Butler/Chief Estate Steward Needed In Jupiter Florida

A High Profile family, in Jupiter Florida, is seeking a professional Personal Butler/Chief Estate Steward for their household.

Schedule:
Flex schedule
Mon, Tues, and Fri hours may vary depending on Mrs. needs and calendar
Wed-Thurs split shift to accommodate morning housekeeping & laundry and evening service shift

Driving
on call daily for driving Mrs to appointments, errands

Housekeeping:
Responsible for daily housekeeping in the Master Bedroom & Baths, Closets & Home Gym
Responsible for Principles laundry
Responsible to train any new weekend second floor housekeepers
Responsible for Mrs downstairs office wardrobe

Closet Curating:
Creating and maintaining a boutique look in Mrs closets and bath
Care and placement of garments, accessories, bags, shoes
Ordering undergarments and socks
Organization of all drawers and cupboards particular attention to Mrs products in bathroom: items up to date & ordering or introducing new product Making recommendations and setting out face routines that rotate weekly
(*Upon hiring: there would be a time of collaboration with Mrs. to purge and sort. Where she can indicate certain brands and styles that she would like. For wardrobe and products)
Work closely with existing PA on anything closet or wardrobe related

Specialty Curating: Inventory, archive and future displays

Travel:
Accompany when Mrs. travels to LA residence (historically not more than 3-4 times/year)
Assist with any packing needs upon request (existing PA continues to bear overall responsibility)

Hospitality
Assist and responsible for service of occasional special dinners &/or specific VIP guests
Table decor for some weeknights/working with existing butler in tablescapes
Responsible for establishing the guestroom/guesthouse set up procedure & overall look. (not responsible for implementation, but oversee standard)

Note: Eventually could be facilitating various things for elementary school aged daughter (driving or pick up from school/extracurricular curricular, coordinating schedule)

Compensation and Benefits: 90k-100k
$300/month Healthcare stipend
14 days paid vacation after a period
3 paid sick days
Annual review
