Ages of children: 2.5 year old
Type of Position: Fulltime, live-in position(M-F live in).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Nanny will arrive at 7:15 Monday morning and leave Friday at 6pm.
Compensation & Benefits: $2250/week, $117k annually
Full Health insurance and Dental

Travels: There will be some travels.
Additional Info: Loving stay at home mom, and the family has two dogs.
A loving family residing in the Upper East Side, Manhattan, NY, is looking for a long-term, live-in nanny for their 2.5-year-old son. The ideal nanny for this role is someone who has experience working with toddlers and preschoolers. A nanny adept at cultivating a secure and enriching atmosphere for their son. Someone capable of actively involving him in diverse activities such as arts and crafts, reading, outings to the playground and library, and attending local classes. The right fit is someone who is looking for a long-term role.
The ideal nanny is engaging, fun, loving, punctual, proactive, and adept at independent problem-solving. They should also be passport-ready as the family requires someone who can travel abroad on some of their trips. With two full-time housekeepers, the nanny's household responsibilities would primarily involve laundry and organizing their son's clothing. Additionally, since the family has two dogs, the nanny should be comfortable around pets.
Position Responsibilities:
Prioritize safety at all times.
Maintain a clean environment for their son, by keeping his bedroom, play area, and eating area neat and tidy.
Ability to navigate the UES of Manhattan
Adhere to the parenting styles and childcare philosophies of the families.
Engage child in activities that promote their intellectual and social development, such as music, reading and storytelling, arts and crafts, trips to the playground and classes
Encourage social interaction through playdates and group activities.
Manage the children's daily routines, including meals, playdates, and nap times.
Must be capable of preparing age-appropriate meals for their son, taking into account food sizes and potential choking hazards.
Helping with Bedtime routine
Helping with children (Doing the son’s laundry and putting the clothes away.)
Keeping track of son’s inventory, if food, diaper or anything is running low.
Qualifications:
Legal authorization to work in the US.
Must be Passport Ready
A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
Proficiency in caring for toddlers and preschoolers.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster). Willing to get annual boosters.
CPR and First-Aid certifications.
Comfortable traveling with family as required
Must be comfortable with dogs
