Proactive and Engaging Nanny Needed for Three Children in Brentwood

Family’s Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA
Number of Children and Age: 3 children – ages 2, 5, and 9
Type of Position: Full-time, live-out
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (50 hrs/week)
Compensation & Benefits: $35–$45+/hr DOE. PTO (2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, most federal holidays)
Start Date: Late August or Early September 2025
Travel Required: Yes

Family Overview:
A busy and close-knit family in Brentwood is looking for a confident, capable nanny to join their household team. With three children at different stages, from toddler to preteen, they need someone who’s organized, calm under pressure, and experienced in multitasking. The ideal candidate is structured but nurturing and able to divide attention as needed while managing school pickups, afternoon activities, and toddler routines.

Position Responsibilities:
Oversee full-day care for the 2-year-old
School pickups and after-school routines for the older children
Plan structured activities based on age groups: play-based learning, crafts, homework time
Light meal prep and children’s laundry
Keep play and homework areas tidy and organized
Support transitions between naps, meals, and extracurriculars
Maintain communication with parents throughout the day

Qualifications:
4+ years of childcare experience across toddler to school-aged groups
Organized, patient, and comfortable managing multiple children
CPR & First Aid certified
Up-to-date vaccinations
Comfortable managing routines for multiple age groups
Ability to work in the US
