Number of children and Age: 3 children, a newborn, 3 & 6 years old daughters.
Type of Position: Part time, Live out. Must be flexible.
Schedule: Weekends from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, (24 hr).
Compensation & benefits: $45-$55 DOE.
Start Date: ASAP
Travel Required: No.

A warm, loving family based on Manhattan’s Upper West Side with three daughters, an infant, a 3-year-old, and a 6-year-old—is seeking an exceptional weekend nanny to become a trusted and valued part of their household. The ideal candidate is nurturing, energetic, patient, and highly experienced with infants, while also confident engaging multiple children at different developmental stages.

The family is looking for someone who genuinely loves children, brings a calm and positive presence, and enjoys creating fun, age-appropriate activities and special weekend experiences. The household keeps kosher, so the ideal candidate should be respectful of and comfortable following the family’s dietary practices and household guidelines. Someone dependable, proactive, flexible, and naturally warm who can seamlessly support the family and provide attentive, loving care would be a wonderful fit.


Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide attentive, nurturing, and safety-focused care for their newborn at all times
Prepare bottles, infant meals, and snacks as appropriate, and support feeding routines
Maintain consistent nap and sleep schedules
Change diapers and clothing, and assist with bathing and daily hygiene needs
Engage the newborn in age-appropriate developmental activities such as reading, music, sensory play, and interactive play
Support early learning and social development through play, conversation, and exploration
Assist with arranging playdates so that their child can have social interaction.
Provide occasional care and supervision for the newborn, including play and routine support
Keep child’s areas clean and organized, including toys, nursery, and play spaces
Handle child-related housekeeping tasks such as washing bottles/dishes, newborn’s laundry, and restocking diaper bags
Monitor supplies and communicate needs (diapers, wipes, food items, etc.)
Communicate regularly with parents about routines, milestones, and daily activities
Ensure a positive, calm, and supportive environment for their child
There will be times where the parent would need assistance with the other two daughters.
This is a Kosher household. Meals and snacks (and occasionally assisting with family meal prep) will reflect this household.


Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 5 years of professional Newborn experience. Huge plus if the candidate has NCS training or experience.
Experience in caring for multiple children is preferred a plus
Kosher household experience, or willing to learn how to navigate a Kosher households.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
