Consultation 

We have a 30-60 minute consultation with your family about your nanny search. We will help you narrow down your candidate list.

Candidate Screening 

We will screen one candidate that your family finds on your own.

Meeting with Candidate 

We will interview your candidate this can be done remotely. 

4.

Reference Check

We will conduct a in depth reference check with your candidates prior employers. This is to ensure that the candidate is the right fit for your family. This will be delivered to you in a written report.

* Nationwide sex offense registries
* Federal Dockets

* Warrants

* SSN Validation (if available)
* DMV record if NYS license (DWI/DUI, accidents, summonses etc)

*Ensure Nanny is Trustline Certified in CA

Recommendation of Setting up Payroll and verifying CPR.
