A kind, loving family in Broomfield, CO is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic nanny for their 13-month-old son. They are looking for a nanny who is engaging, willing to get down on the floor and play with their son. Their son is described to be fearless; he has been scratched by the family’s cat multiple times and still makes his way to her. He would toddle over to a new dog if you let him and is curious about little objects. For that reason, their ideal candidate is watchful, but not overbearing where he is not allowed to be curious.
Also, this position is for someone who is experienced and passionate about childcare. Must enjoy natural walks and describing to their son what he sees. And someone who would talk to their son and stay off the phone during work hours. Overall they are looking for a career nanny who loves children and caring for them.

This position is: Full-time, Live out
The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM-6:00 PM. Additional hours on Friday may be requested but with notice. So ideal a candidate who is flexible.
Compensation & Benefits
All positions are paid gross with overtime. This position is $25-$30 an hour, with a raise when the nanny gets the newborn. in addition to relocation assistance, a healthcare stipend, and PTO and Paid federal holidays. There is 2 weeks of vacation and a discretionary performance bonus.
Start Date: Family needs someone like yesterday. However, finding the right fit is also important. This is a long-term role, and the position starts as soon as the family can find the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Safety first—always!
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Comfortable preparing lunch, breakfast, and dinner
Reading and playing with their son--lots of outdoor time.
Facilitate social development, helping to make connections with friends and attending playdates
Potty-training
Adhere to son’s nap schedule
Organize calendar arranging independently for routine playdates, outings, etc.
Implement regularly and independently children’s educational and developmental activities
Manage all aspects of the toddler’s property with utmost cleanliness and organization – including, nursery, laundry, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, diaper bag, etc.
Qualification
US, Work Authorization
At least 5 years of professional, full-time childcare experience
Valid driver’s license and passport
Comfortable cooking for children
CPR and First-Aid certifications
Must be able to swim
Desire to commit long-term
Engaging and active with a true passion for caring for children
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
